1960 Cessna 310E with Colemill conversion! Under 520hrs on the props and engines, IO-520E's and McCauley 3 blade props. The old style through/over the wing exhaust has been eliminated with this engine upgrade. This 310E has no gear or wing spar AD’s that you will find with many 310’s out there, a big plus! Good avionics, GNS430, GNA340, MAC1700, KT76A. With the Colemill conversion and having that 300hp on each wing, really makes this 310 a joy to fly! I was in the process of putting this plane together with my A&P/AI who then got notice from his company he had to work 6-7 days a week and be across the country at various times. The project was delayed for a year as he still is working those hours (he is a neighbor of mine). I looked at getting someone else, then looked at the money I spent on this plane and decided I was Done!! I bought another plane instead and then I bought another. I am selling all to purchase a Twin that I am interested in.

This Cessna I have owned with my Fiance'e since February of 2005. We have loved exploring the west coast with this amazing airplane. Economy and performance filled our trips while wine tasting and adventure. This is a excellent STOL aircraft. I have all the WO's of our maintenance history at my FAA CRS. This aircraft has been brought up to the highest standards for maintenance and the engine is superbly built by the world class Ly-con Rebuilders of Visalia, California. It has been flawless in performance and reliability. We are selling our baby as I'm working to complete my early Cessna 180 project. The only issue I know of is some crazing in the left hand side window. Demo flights avialible at MYV. This aircraft is flow & maintaned regularly and has no surprises. Update: Annual next due 11-12 and has 125 hrs SMOH. Pristine Engine installation!
